BizPlifier is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal data transparently.
Compliance posture
Our platform is designed around privacy-aware product behavior and current expectations for GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar frameworks.

- Workspace data: saved lists, searches, notes, and exports you choose to store.
- Billing data: payment status, plan selections, subscriptions, credits, and transaction metadata.
- Assistant setup data: assistant name, role, knowledge, working hours, call settings, language, onboarding progress, and operational thread settings.
- Calendar data: BizPlifier calendar events, manual events, appointment notes, external calendar connection settings, calendar-sharing grants, and external access token metadata.
- Interaction Flow data: linked activity threads, internal notes, thread status, assignee state, watcher state, tags, merge history, and event timeline data used to support assistant follow-up work.
- Team data: team membership, permissions, invitations, and activity logs.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: page views, feature usage, tool executions, and search interactions.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and security signals.
- Cookies: required security cookies and optional preference/analytics cookies where enabled.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide the service: account access, search results, tools, assistant workflows, trial, and billing.
- Improve the platform: diagnose issues, improve performance, and refine search/tool quality.
- Secure the platform: detect fraud, prevent abuse, protect accounts, and enforce limits.
- Support users: respond to requests, troubleshoot issues, and process compliance requests.
- Send notices: service messages, billing alerts, and product updates where permitted.
Product rule
We do not use your saved searches or lists to train public AI models.
3. Data Sharing
BizPlifier does not sell your personal information for money. We may share data only when necessary to operate the service or comply with law.
- Service providers: hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and security vendors.
- Legal and compliance: to respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
- Business operations: with your team owner and authorized team members inside a workspace.
- User-controlled external access: if you create a tokenized portal, ICS feed, or REST API access for BizPlifier Calendar, calendar data may be exposed to whoever holds that token until you revoke or regenerate it.
4. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure,
so account security also depends on your password hygiene, device safety, and team access choices.
5. Your Rights
- Access the data associated with your account where applicable.
- Update or correct account information.
- Delete your account or request deletion of specific data where applicable.
- Opt out of certain tracking or marketing behaviors through available controls.
Team note
For team workspaces, some requests may need verification from the workspace owner or additional identity checks.
6. Cookies
We use required cookies for authentication, security, and session state. Optional cookies may be used for analytics or preference management
if you enable them. Analytics currently uses Google Analytics 4 and loads only after analytics consent. For details, see the Cookie Policy and the preference center.
7. Public Data Indexing
BizPlifier indexes and structures publicly accessible web signals. This may include public content, metadata, links, and classification signals.
Public web pages can change quickly, so outputs may become outdated or incomplete. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.
8. AI Assistant and Trial Data
- Assistant setup data is stored so the assistant can be resumed from web or mobile.
- Call recordings, message logs, knowledge settings, and Interaction Flow thread history are stored to support assistant operation, team follow-up, and review.
- The trial assistant stores only what is necessary to run the trial and support conversion into a paid assistant if upgraded.
- AI assistant data may be subject to retention and billing rules shown in the product UI and Terms.
- BizPlifier Calendar data can include booking-created events, manual events, notes, access-token audit events, and owner-managed team sharing rules.
- Public calendar portals, ICS feed requests, and REST API requests may generate operational access logs for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
- Interaction Flow internal notes and assignee changes are visible only inside the applicable workspace and according to permissions configured by the account or team owner.
- AI-generated responses, summaries, captured details, and assistant actions can be inaccurate or incomplete. Account owners should review assistant activity and use the controls available in the product to manage knowledge, recordings, appointments, callbacks, escalation, and access.
For responsibility, verification, and limitation-of-liability terms relating to AI Assistant use, see the Terms of Use.
9. Team Data
Team workspaces store member permissions, invitations, activity logs, shared data access controls, and owner-managed billing or credit settings.
This helps us enforce permissions and provide auditability.
10. Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or support legitimate business purposes.
Some records may be retained longer if required by law or security needs.
11. Children
BizPlifier is not intended for children under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us data,
contact us for review.
